Analytics Manager
The Analytics Manager at Duetto Research will lead a hybrid team of Product Analysts and Data Scientists, driving the analytics program across the company's product portfolio. This role is pivotal in translating strategic objectives into actionable execution plans, ensuring the delivery of high-impact analytics initiatives that shape product roadmaps and drive business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring the analytics team, establishing best practices for experimentation and data governance, and building trusted data foundations in collaboration with Engineering. The manager will also oversee the development of scalable business intelligence solutions, delivering executive-ready insights that inform product and business decisions.
Candidates should have over five years of experience in product analytics, data science, or business intelligence, with at least two years in a leadership role. Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and experience with cloud data warehouses and BI platforms are essential. Strong skills in A/B testing, statistical modeling, and the ability to translate complex analyses into clear narratives are also required.
