Analytics Manager, Field Operations
CLEAR is seeking an experienced Analytics Manager to join their Field Operations team in New York, New York. This role is integral to supporting over 3,000 ambassadors nationwide who enroll travelers in the CLEAR+ subscription service and ensure seamless experiences for existing members. The Analytics Manager will be responsible for managing critical reporting and operational workflows to enhance field performance.
Key responsibilities include owning the Field-facing reporting suite by streamlining reports and delivery methods to enable data-driven decisions by Field leaders. The role involves partnering with Field Leadership to identify opportunities within airports, evaluating new metrics and operating frameworks, and developing actionable plans. Additionally, the Analytics Manager will collaborate with Finance to set ambitious yet practical growth and revenue targets at the airport level and work with Analytics to scope and execute experiments, creating a comprehensive playbook of strategies for growing CLEAR’s flagship products.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in business analytics, sales operations, or related fields, preferably within SaaS or subscription-based businesses. They should possess deep experience partnering with sales or field teams, fluency in SQL, and proficiency with industry-leading BI tools. The role requires the ability to derive clarity from ambiguity, strong communication skills to simplify complex analyses, and a collaborative mindset with high emotional intelligence.
The base salary range for this position is $160,000 to $190,000, depending on skills and experience.
