Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack
CLEAR is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in New York City. In this position, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and deploying full-stack applications that advance our platform's capabilities. You will collaborate closely with product managers and other stakeholders to uncover requirements and solve complex problems. Your work will involve developing code across the full stack, defining best practices in testing, documentation, and observability, and making architectural decisions to drive continuous improvement in technology and processes.
The ideal candidate will have at least six years of software development experience in languages such as Java and Python. Proficiency with cloud-based application development is essential, including experience with AWS services, containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, and collaboration tools such as GitHub and Argo. Strong communication skills are required to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Additionally, the ability to mentor less experienced team members and a curiosity about technology with a commitment to continuous learning are highly valued.
CLEAR offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary range of $175,500 to $215,000, depending on skills and experience.
