Candidates should have experience interacting with end-customers as an application engineer or developer, possess acute attention to detail with an execution-focused mindset, and demonstrate strong communication skills centered on solving customer problems. Proficiency in debugging and working with Python, C++, and Linux is essential. Experience in quality assurance and a desire to grow customer-facing and engineering skills are also important.
