Applied Intuition is seeking an Application Engineer - Technical Customer Lead to spearhead customer engagements and manage account strategies. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful integration and utilization of Applied's products to advance clients' autonomy initiatives. The position is based in Sunnyvale, California, with an expectation of primarily in-office work.

Key responsibilities include owning account strategies for major enterprise customers, managing executive and leadership relationships, and collaborating closely with clients to understand their development needs. The role also involves ensuring customer requirements are effectively prioritized within the broader engineering team and exploring new product development areas based on strategic insights into the customer landscape.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience working with external customers to integrate complex systems, troubleshoot issues, and drive problem resolution. A strong grounding in large-scale software development, familiarity with software systems, Linux, and cloud environments, along with strong technical communication skills and a focus on solving customer problems, are essential.

The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $105,000 to $165,000 annually, equity options, and comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance coverage.
