Associate, Buy Enablement Operations
The Associate, Buy Enablement Operations at WPP Media is a pivotal role within the Media Operations team, responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of buy management activities and deliverables. This position involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to uphold operational excellence and implement the organization's strategic vision.
Key responsibilities include coordinating and executing daily campaign buy administration tasks for assigned client brands and campaigns. The associate will work under the guidance of a Media Operations Supervisor or Manager to process client orders and manage monthly billing and payment activities within approved budgets. Developing strong relationships with planning and trading teams is essential to effectively implement client orders, buys, billing, actualization, and payments in line with WPP Media's Standard Operating Procedures.
The ideal candidate should possess a college diploma in Marketing, Finance, Project Management, or a related field, or have equivalent experience. Advanced computer skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, are required. Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in mathematics are crucial. The role demands adaptability to change and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
