Associate Data Analyst, Customer Support
As an Associate Data Analyst in Customer Support at PitchBook Data, you will be part of the Account Management & Customer Success team, focusing on delivering high-quality data analysis and support to clients. PitchBook Data is a leading provider of comprehensive data, research, and insights into the global capital markets, serving private capital investors, investment banks, and service providers worldwide.
In this role, you will build custom charts and visualizations using Salesforce, Excel, and SQL to interpret client data requests. You will manage and complete time-sensitive custom research requests, respond to inquiries regarding data and published research, and collaborate with the support team to provide guidance to Tier 1 and 2 specialists. Additionally, you will document interactions in Salesforce to inform product improvements and enhance the customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in financial services or working with large datasets. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas, and experience with SQL are essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in financial markets, particularly private equity and venture capital, are also required. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is preferred.
Compensation for this position includes a salary of $85,000 per year, with a target annual bonus percentage of 7.5%.
