Associate Director, Business Development, Maneuver Dominance
Anduril Industries is seeking an Associate Director of Business Development to join the Maneuver Dominance Division, which focuses on advancing vertical flight capabilities through Group 3 and larger Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS). This role involves developing and implementing strategies to deliver these advanced technologies to defense and commercial clients, contributing to the company's mission of transforming military capabilities with cutting-edge technology.
The Associate Director will be responsible for generating and capturing business opportunities by understanding client needs, monitoring buying cycles, and managing engagements with current and prospective customers. Key duties include authoring and reviewing responses to requests for information and proposals, supporting growth and capture teams, and driving strategic planning across the portfolio to identify new business growth opportunities.
Candidates must have prior experience in commercial or Department of Defense (DoD) capture and sales, with a proven track record of building and executing successful business capture strategies, particularly with the U.S. Navy. An aptitude for thriving in high-ownership, fast-paced environments is essential, along with strong analytical skills, knowledge of defense acquisitions, and experience with uncrewed air or ground systems. A bachelor's degree and eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance are required.
