Contracts Manager
Anduril Industries is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts. This role involves ensuring compliance, minimizing risk, and optimizing contract performance within a dynamic environment. The Contracts Manager will collaborate closely with program leadership, functional teams, and customers to support Anduril's mission of transforming military capabilities through advanced technology.
Key responsibilities include executing contract management throughout each contract's life, reviewing and accepting contracts, overseeing proposal planning and management, and ensuring adherence to government regulations and company policies. The role also involves developing and implementing new contract policies and processes, maintaining comprehensive contract documentation, and providing summaries and briefs to program managers and executives. Additionally, the Contracts Manager will offer guidance on FAR/DFARS requirements, cultivate strong relationships with internal and external customers, and negotiate complex contractual terms with federal agencies, prime contractors, and subcontractors.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in business administration, government, or a related field, along with experience in full lifecycle contract management for CPFF, FFP, and T&M government and commercial contracts. A strong working knowledge of US Government contracting, including FAR/DFARS, is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance are also required. U.S. Person status is necessary due to access to export-controlled data.
Anduril offers a competitive salary range of $129,000 to $171,000, along with highly competitive equity grants.
