Technical Recruiter

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Costa Mesa, California. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through the interview process. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a strong understanding of engineering roles and requirements. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
