Senior Warfighter Research & Systems Analyst
The Senior Warfighter Research & Systems Analyst at Anduril Industries plays a pivotal role in developing and enhancing Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A) tools. These tools are designed to visualize both real-world and simulated data, enabling users to evaluate mission concepts and accelerate mission understanding. This position is integral to Anduril's mission of transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology.
Key responsibilities include conducting joint and combined tactical analyses at both engagement and mission levels. The analyst will employ operations research, systems analysis, and wargaming methodologies to develop comprehensive analyses. Utilizing high-end models and simulations, such as Anduril’s Lattice Mission Simulation and the Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration, and Modeling (AFSIM), the role involves designing, executing, and analyzing tactical-level wargames to assess autonomous system capabilities and refine tactics.
Candidates must possess an active U.S. Secret security clearance and have at least 7 years of experience in Operations Research, Systems Analysis, or a related discipline. Experience with tactical experiment and wargaming design, including scenario development and data analytics, is essential. Proficiency with Department of Defense modeling and simulation tools, such as AFSIM, Brawler, Suppressor, ESAMS, or Command PE, is required. Strong skills in C++ or Python for physics-based modeling and scripting are also necessary.
The salary range for this position is between $146,000 and $194,000 annually.
