Senior Warfighter Research & Systems Analyst
Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Warfighter Research & Systems Analyst to join our Modeling, Simulation, & Analysis (MS&A) team. This team is dedicated to developing tools that visualize both real-world and simulated data, enabling the evaluation of mission concepts and the acceleration of mission understanding. As a key member, you will contribute to creating analytical products that guide product development and demonstrate our value to customers.
In this role, you will conduct joint and combined tactical analyses, employing operations research, systems analysis, and wargaming methodologies. You will leverage advanced models and simulations, including Anduril’s Lattice Mission Simulation and the Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration, and Modeling (AFSIM), to perform studies. Your responsibilities will also include designing, executing, and analyzing tactical-level wargames to assess autonomous system capabilities and refine tactics.
The ideal candidate will possess an active U.S. Secret security clearance and have over seven years of experience in Operations Research, Systems Analysis, or a related discipline. Experience with tactical experiment and wargaming design, including scenario development and data analytics, is essential. Proficiency in C++ or Python for physics-based modeling and scripting, along with experience using DoD M&S tools such as AFSIM, Brawler, Suppressor, ESAMS, or Command PE, is required.
Anduril offers a competitive salary range of $146,000 to $194,000 USD, along with highly competitive equity grants.
