Contracts Manager
The Contracts Manager at Anduril Industries will play a pivotal role within the company's Legal and Contracts team, supporting a growing organization at the forefront of defense technology innovation. The Contracts Manager will act as a bridge between internal teams, outside partners, and government entities, ensuring all contractual matters align with Anduril’s strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities for this role include managing the end-to-end contracting process, drafting and negotiating commercial, federal, and international contracts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Contracts Manager will also work closely with business development, engineering, and operations teams to mitigate risk, provide contract guidance, and support both pre- and post-award contract activities. Monitoring contract performance, resolving issues, and supporting contract closeout tasks are integral parts of this position.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract administration and negotiation, preferably within the defense or technology sector. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, several years of experience working with government and commercial contracts, and a deep understanding of FAR and DFARS regulations. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.
