Associate Director, Business Development, Maneuver Dominance, Group 3
Anduril Industries is seeking an Associate Director of Business Development to join the Maneuver Dominance Division, focusing on advancing Vertical Flight capabilities. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to deliver Vertical Lift Capabilities to defense and commercial customers, working across all products in the portfolio. The position is based in Costa Mesa, California, or Washington, DC.
Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and driving capture campaigns across the division. The role requires working with growth team members to drive strategic planning and prioritization, informing senior leadership and C-Suite decision-making for resource allocation. The Associate Director will also be responsible for generating and capturing business opportunities, understanding the client base, monitoring buying cycles, and supporting proposals and new customer efforts.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in commercial or Department of Defense (DoD) capture and sales, with a track record of building, executing, and winning business capture strategies, particularly with an emphasis on the US Navy as a customer. Strong analytical skills, an understanding of market forces, competition analysis, and excellent written, visual, and oral communication skills are essential. A bachelor's degree and eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance are required.
The salary range for this role is $166,000 to $220,000 USD annually.
