Anduril Industries is seeking an Associate Director of Business Development to lead the go-to-market strategy for its Warfighter Systems Mission Simulation and Training business. This role is integral to the Warfighter Systems team, which focuses on enhancing battlefield technology through advanced solutions in Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Extended Reality (XR). The company's mission is to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities by integrating cutting-edge technologies into defense systems.

The Associate Director will be responsible for developing and executing capture strategies to expand the Mission Simulation and Training portfolio. Key duties include identifying new business opportunities within the Department of Defense and other government agencies, both domestically and internationally. The role involves managing deals from initial identification through qualification to closure, conducting market research to refine go-to-market approaches, and fostering relationships with internal teams to shape new business opportunities and resolve program issues.

Candidates should possess 5–8 years of experience in Mission Simulation and Training business development, capability development, or acquisition. A proven track record in identifying, qualifying, and capturing deals in this domain is essential. Strong understanding of the Mission Simulation and Training markets and funding sources is required, along with exceptional communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural engagement skills. Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance and willingness to travel up to 25% are also necessary.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $166,000 to $220,000 USD annually.
