Associate Director, Care Support US Operations
The Associate Director, Care Support US Operations at Spring Health will lead the domestic Care Support team, ensuring the development and stabilization of complex workflows such as Core, Member Benefits, and Medical Records. This role emphasizes fostering a high-performing culture built on trust and expertise, aligning with Spring Health's mission to eliminate barriers to mental health care.
Key responsibilities include owning domestic service level agreements (SLAs), promoting a high-performance culture by clarifying metrics, reallocating capacity toward complex issues, collaborating with BPO Operations for knowledge transfer, and ensuring workflows are human-centered and scalable. The role also involves partnering with Product teams to address frontline challenges and championing U.S.-led innovations across the global footprint.
Candidates should have over seven years of experience in operations or service delivery leadership within fast-paced environments, including at least two years managing managers. A proven ability to build resilient, high-trust teams, lead through change with transparency, and balance data-driven decision-making with an understanding of team dynamics is essential. Strong communication skills to distill ambiguity into actionable steps are also required.
The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $140,000 to $177,100, complemented by equity and comprehensive benefits.
