The Associate Director, Performance Reporting, Dashboards & Visualization at Legend Biotech is a strategic role within the CAR-T Operations team, based in Bridgewater, NJ. This position focuses on enabling commercial decision-making through integrated data, intuitive visualization, and scalable performance management solutions. The role serves as the primary owner of business performance reporting and customer coverage insights, ensuring that leaders and field teams have timely, actionable views into execution, reach, and impact.
Key responsibilities include owning enterprise performance reporting to provide consistent and trusted views into commercial execution across Activated Centers and the community. The Associate Director will integrate multiple pharmaceutical data sources, such as sales, claims, engagement, and research data, to deliver comprehensive insights into customer activity and patient dynamics. Additionally, the role involves partnering with Commercial, Marketing, and Sales Force Effectiveness teams to align on KPI definitions and reporting standards, serving as the single point of ownership for performance measurement and visualization.
The position requires a Master's degree (preferred) or Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. Candidates should have 8–12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences analytics, with a strong focus on business performance reporting, dashboards, and visualization. Demonstrated experience at an associate director level, owning reporting products used by leadership and field teams, is essential. Deep expertise in commercial performance reporting, KPI frameworks, and customer coverage visibility is also required.
The base pay range for this position is $187,989 to $246,735 annually. Additional compensation may include performance-based bonuses and/or equity for eligible roles.
