Associate Director, Strategic Operations
The Associate Director of Strategic Operations at Spring Health will focus on enhancing operational efficiency and scalability within the organization. This role involves close collaboration with Finance, Product, Revenue, Clinical, and Customer teams to optimize care delivery processes, ensuring they are efficient, sustainable, and capable of scaling effectively. The position is deeply execution-oriented, emphasizing the identification and implementation of high-impact efficiency opportunities and the management of large, cross-functional initiatives.
Key responsibilities include leading strategic operational efficiency initiatives by diagnosing workflow, system, and cross-functional inefficiencies and designing scalable solutions. The role also involves identifying and evaluating opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve operational efficiency, reduce cost-to-serve, and enhance scalability. Additionally, the Associate Director will translate margin targets into actionable operational initiatives with clear owners, timelines, and measurable KPIs, and establish governance structures, milestones, and success metrics to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and at impact.
Candidates should have 4-6 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or strategic operations, with top-tier consulting experience strongly preferred. At least 1 year of operating experience at a high-growth or scale-stage company is required. The role demands demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders, a proven track record of driving operational or cost-efficiency initiatives tied to financial outcomes, and an understanding of how AI tools can be applied to manual processes, including the ability to evaluate ROI, risks, and change management considerations. A BA or BS in any field is required, with an MBA strongly preferred.
The target base salary range for this position is $160,000 - $184,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits.
