Associate Director,Strategic Planning
The Associate Director of Strategic Planning at WPP Media is a pivotal role within an integrated agency environment that combines digital, media, and creative expertise. Additionally, the Associate Director ensures that projects and campaigns are tracked and measured based on agreed KPIs and media efficiencies, while also assisting in training and up-skilling client account teams.
Candidates should possess 6-7 years of digital experience, preferably within an agency setting. The role requires an independent, self-driven individual with a highly responsible nature and the ability to work in a matrix organization, managing complexity and challenges. A proven track record in executing and developing digital strategies for clients is essential, along with experience in managing media briefs, budgets, and aligning digital strategy with global brand strategy. Proficiency in Chinese is mandatory, with either Mandarin speaking or reading/writing capabilities, and an understanding of the China digital space is highly advantageous.
