Associate Manager, Foundry Sales Operations

The Associate Manager, Foundry Sales Operations at Samsung Semiconductor plays a pivotal role in managing customer orders and delivery schedules, ensuring efficient and accurate processing. This position is based in San Diego, California, and requires daily onsite presence in alignment with the company's Flexible Work policy. The role reports to the Senior Director of B2B Account Sales.

Key responsibilities include supporting foundry account managers, headquarters, and customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. The Associate Manager will track and manage customer purchase orders, verify pricing, collaborate with the logistics team to expedite shipments, monitor revenue, resolve credit issues, process return merchandise authorizations (RMAs), handle sample requests, create invoices, and generate management reports.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and have 3-5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, supply chain, or sales operations. Strong data analysis skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are essential. The ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals is required. Additionally, the role demands the ability to calculate figures and amounts accurately. Preferred qualifications include proficiency in Korean and experience in manufacturing and supply chain management.
