Associate Manager, Installations (US)
The Associate Manager, Installations at Motive plays a pivotal leadership role in ensuring the successful deployment and support of our innovative IoT and AI-powered technologies. This position calls for a dynamic individual capable of overseeing a field operations team of Installation Specialists, ensuring high-quality installations, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Primary responsibilities include providing continued support and guidance to a team of Installation Specialists, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. The role involves directly overseeing and occasionally participating in customer trials, RMAs, and strategic installation projects to ensure they meet Motive's standards and customer expectations. Additionally, the Associate Manager will conduct on-site quality checks of installations, including those performed by third-party installers, to maintain high standards of quality. They will oversee the development of custom installation guides for special configurations, address unique customer requests, and enhance the installation process. Managing the review and resolution of escalated technical issues and engaging in various projects, ranging from product testing to internal process improvement initiatives, are also key aspects of the role.

Proven leadership experience in supervising installation teams, with a strong background in IoT devices, is essential. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, with bilingual (Spanish) proficiency preferred. At least five years of experience successfully managing a technical team is required. A strong technical background, with the ability to independently manage complex installations and troubleshoot diverse equipment, is essential. MECP Certification is strongly preferred.
