Nelson Mullins is seeking Litigation Attorneys to join its Litigation group in the Los Angeles office. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of an expanding practice within an Am Law 100 firm, providing counsel to manufacturers nationwide facing single-plaintiff claims or mass action litigation.

Attorneys in this position will serve as national coordinating counsel in state and federal courts, handling matters involving medical devices, pharmaceuticals, automobiles, industrial machinery, and construction equipment, among other products. Responsibilities include drafting and arguing discovery and other motions, taking and defending depositions, managing document productions, and contributing to case strategy and trial preparation.

Candidates must have at least one year of meaningful experience in complex litigation matters, including products liability, within a mid-size or large law firm setting. Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills, strong academic credentials, and admission to and good standing with the California Bar are required. An entrepreneurial spirit and readiness to take the lead in case management are also essential.

The position offers a salary range of $185,000 to $205,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for performance bonuses and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off.
