Charles River Associates (CRA) is seeking an Associate Principal to join its Forensic Services practice, focusing on eDiscovery. This role involves leveraging CRA's advanced eDiscovery technology suite to process, organize, analyze, and deliver data-driven insights. The Associate Principal will work closely with senior leadership and project teams, contributing to complex litigation, cybersecurity incident response, internal investigations, and white-collar defense matters.

Key responsibilities include executing projects related to the identification, collection, processing, review, and production of data pertinent to litigation or regulatory investigations. The role also involves supporting engagement planning, interfacing with client personnel to implement discovery strategies, preparing client communications and reports, managing data processing projects, and overseeing data reviews within platforms like Relativity. Additionally, the Associate Principal will be responsible for preparing and delivering data productions, implementing quality control measures, participating in team recruiting and retention efforts, and assisting in business development by drafting proposals and coordinating with other practice areas.

Candidates should have 8-11 years of experience conducting eDiscovery activities in large and complex environments. A deep and broad technical knowledge of current eDiscovery tools and technologies, such as Relativity, Brainspace, and Nuix, is essential. Experience with processing data within Relativity and/or Nuix, along with industry-standard certifications (multiple Relativity certifications preferred), is required. A sound working knowledge of a broad range of current IT platforms, technologies, and operating systems is also necessary. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to integrity and initiative in all interactions.
