Associate Product Manager

As an Associate Product Manager at Payhawk, you will be integral to the AI Office of the CFO, focusing on developing AI-driven financial solutions within platforms like Payhawk, Slack, and Claude. This role involves close collaboration with engineering and product design teams to define and execute product strategies that enhance financial operations for customers.

Your primary responsibilities will include defining and developing the product roadmap, managing engineering and design teams to deliver on this roadmap, and ensuring the effective deployment of AI features. You will also establish clear KPIs to measure impact, manage projects with external vendors, and gain a deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and regulatory constraints.

Ideal candidates will have a background in product management, engineering, or project management, with experience in managing engineering team roadmaps. Hands-on experience with AI tools and a solid understanding of their capabilities and limitations are essential. Strong analytical skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are also important.
