As an Associate Systems Administrator at Motive, you will be responsible for the administration, management, and support of our Salesforce and integrated Enterprise Systems applications. These systems are utilized by our customers and internal teams, including Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Marketing Operations, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Finance. This role offers the opportunity to work with integrations as we expand our suite of applications.

In this position, you will provide real-time support for issues related to Salesforce and other integrated platforms, troubleshooting, escalating, and resolving issues promptly reported on the Enterprise Systems Service Desk. Your responsibilities will include administering and supporting managing end-user profile configurations, reporting, dashboards, and permissions, overseeing the onboarding for the Enterprise Systems Tech-Stack, analyzing and prioritizing enhancement requests, managing workload and projects with accuracy and strong attention to detail, creating and updating documentation for different audiences within the team, and implementing minor admin-level changes in Salesforce and sandboxes based on gathered requirements.

The ideal candidate will have an engineering background with an understanding of technology related to Business Systems. A minimum of 3 years of experience implementing, operating, maintaining, or using with hands-on administrative, configuration, and process management experience, is required. A Salesforce Administration Certification is essential. Additionally, an understanding of Sales and Service Cloud Architecture, excellent communication skills, strong analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities are necessary. Experience with Zuora and NetSuite is considered a plus.
