Associate Value Engineer (AI-Driven Data Science & Analytics) - Orbit Program
Celonis is seeking an Associate Value Engineer to join its Global Value Engineering Center of Excellence. This role is part of the 12-month Orbit Program, designed to immerse participants in enterprise software through client engagements and mentorship. As a Value Engineer, you will collaborate with sales and customers to develop AI-driven solutions that address critical business challenges.
In this position, you will consult with customers to identify core business challenges and determine how Celonis can provide impactful solutions. Responsibilities include presenting the Celonis AI value proposition, developing AI solutions tailored to customer needs—including machine learning and LLM-based solutions—and leading proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate tangible value. Additionally, you will develop and modify Celonis data models using SQL and PQL to create compelling prototypes that address customer pain points.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM field, with extensive internship experience or 1-3 years of full-time work experience. Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar data analytics solutions is required. A strong passion for technology and big data, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build relationships with senior management are essential. Fluency in English and excellent communication skills are also necessary.
Celonis offers a base salary range of $90,000 to $94,000 for this role in New York, based on a full-time schedule. The total compensation package includes base salary, bonus/commission, equity, and benefits such as health, dental, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. Please note that visa sponsorship is not offered for this role.
