AVP, Delivery Partnerships
The Associate Vice President (AVP) of Delivery Partnerships at Braze will lead the global strategy, execution, and performance of the company's delivery ecosystem, overseeing both the Delivery Partner Account Management and Partner Success functions. This role is pivotal in ensuring that Braze's delivery partners are equipped and motivated to provide exceptional service outcomes, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing co-selling strategies to acquire new clients while expanding partner service opportunities and deepening platform adoption. The AVP will oversee the creation of enablement programs, certifications, tools, and playbooks that empower partners to deliver top-tier Braze services. Additionally, the role involves ensuring partners have the necessary resources and training to build profitable and self-sustaining Braze practices, as well as formulating regional delivery partner acquisition strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess over 15 years of experience in professional services, partner delivery, channel development, or ecosystem strategy within high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology environments. A minimum of 7 years in leadership roles managing global or multi-regional teams is required. Proven success in scaling large delivery partner ecosystems, enhancing service quality, and achieving measurable improvements in customer satisfaction is essential. Strong executive presence, communication, and influencing skills are necessary, along with a strategic mindset capable of setting long-term visions while ensuring world-class execution.
Braze offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $255,000 to $270,000 per year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $340,000 and $360,000 annually, which includes bonuses or commissions.
