AVP, Delivery Partnerships
The AVP, Delivery Partnerships role at Braze is designed for a highly experienced professional to lead the company’s ecosystem of delivery partners, driving innovation and collaboration across global partner organizations. This strategic position sits within the Partner organization and works closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Sales, and Product at Braze, a leading customer engagement platform known for its robust, real-time messaging capabilities. The individual in this role will contribute to Braze’s continued global expansion and play a critical part in shaping the go-to-market strategy for delivery partnerships.
Key responsibilities include developing and managing a comprehensive strategy for delivery partnerships, identifying and on-boarding new partners, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to Braze customers worldwide. Day-to-day work will involve relationship-building with executives at partner organizations, overseeing partner enablement programs, and driving operational excellence throughout the delivery network. The AVP is also expected to provide feedback to internal teams to help refine Braze’s products and solutions in line with partner and customer needs.
This role requires extensive experience in partnership management or channel leadership, ideally in the SaaS or technology sectors, and a strong understanding of customer engagement platforms. Qualifications include a proven track record of driving large-scale partner programs, sophisticated project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, alongside the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
