Bank Partner Network Manager
The Bank Partner Network Manager at Qualia plays a pivotal role in managing and expanding the company's relationships with banking partners. Reporting directly to the Director of Banking, this position involves overseeing daily operations related to bank partnerships and ensuring seamless technological integrations between Qualia and its banking collaborators. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic insight and hands-on project management skills, operating effectively at the intersection of banking, technology, and partnerships.
In this role, the manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of bank partner technology integrations. This includes scoping requirements with the Product team, developing integration project plans, sequencing API build phases, and tracking milestones and dependencies. Collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations is essential to ensure successful integration and operational support. Additionally, the manager will define, track, and analyze partnership performance metrics, translating findings into program optimizations.
Candidates should have a minimum of 4–6 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or technical program/project management. Experience in managing complex, cross-functional technology integration projects with external partners, particularly involving banks or financial institutions, is highly desirable. Strong project management skills, including the ability to deliver multi-workstream projects on time, are essential. Familiarity with AI tools for research, analysis, and productivity enhancement is a plus.
