BDC Representative (Legal Sales) - Client Intake Specialist

The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, APC, is seeking a BDC Representative (Legal Sales) - Client Intake Specialist for our Dallas office. This role serves as the initial point of contact for prospective clients, playing a crucial part in our client acquisition process. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and a desire to grow within the legal industry.

Key responsibilities include screening incoming calls, monitoring and responding to client inquiries across various channels, and conducting empathetic client interviews to gather essential case details. The specialist will also schedule appointments, take accurate consultation notes, and assist attorneys with administrative tasks related to new cases and database management.

Candidates must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with a minimum of three years in sales; customer service experience is highly advantageous. A strong background in performance-based metrics, attention to detail, and the ability to meet goals and deadlines are essential. Weekend availability is required, and all sales experience is encouraged, even without prior legal experience.
