This role ensures that campaign execution aligns with global standards and guidelines, directly impacting client satisfaction and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include minimizing execution errors, enhancing campaign performance through effective bidding and optimization strategies, and delivering clear, accurate, and actionable reports. The specialist also provides leadership and operational support to internal teams, resolves campaign-related issues, and maintains transparent communication with clients to ensure they understand campaign performance, processes, and results.

Candidates should have 2–3+ years of experience executing and optimizing digital paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Kwai, LinkedIn, and Google. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, bidding strategies, campaign monitoring, and optimization is essential. Intermediate Excel skills for reporting, analysis, and performance tracking, along with high analytical and problem-solving capabilities, are required. Intermediate English proficiency with clear communication and strategic thinking skills is also necessary.
