WPP Media is seeking a Creative Development Intern to join our Addressable Content team in Copenhagen. As one of the world's largest digital marketing and communication agencies, WPP Media employs over 450 specialists in Denmark dedicated to developing partnerships and innovative digital platforms for effective communication. The Addressable Content team focuses on data-driven marketing technologies to design and execute digital campaigns for a diverse range of clients.
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience with Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO), a leading data-driven marketing technology that creates dynamic banners adjusted automatically based on user behavior. You will be trained in systems and platforms that transform data into actionable consumer insights, strategies, and creatives targeting specific audiences and segments for some of Denmark's largest companies.
The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a relevant bachelor's or master's degree in digital media, IT, or multimedia design. Proficiency in coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is essential, along with strong communication skills in both Danish and English. Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets, graphic design tools like Figma or Adobe programs, and a detail-oriented, structured approach to work are also required. A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn are highly valued.
