As a Search Intern at WPP Media in Aarhus, you will immerse yourself in the dynamic field of Search Engine Marketing (SEM). Your primary focus will be on setting up and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads and Bing, gaining hands-on experience with Google's platforms and technologies that drive digital advertising. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your academic knowledge to real-world scenarios, transitioning from a student to a specialist. Additionally, you will explore the integration of artificial intelligence within search contexts.
Your daily responsibilities will include creating and fine-tuning search advertisements, analyzing campaign performance data, and implementing optimization strategies to enhance effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including copywriters, analysts from the Business Science unit, and SEO specialists, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of how search marketing fits into the broader digital marketing ecosystem.
We are seeking candidates currently pursuing a higher education degree in digital media, marketing, IT, or communication. Ideal applicants are passionate about digital media, eager to learn more about search marketing, and capable of taking responsibility and working independently. Strong analytical skills, proficiency with numbers, and the ability to collaborate across teams are essential. Familiarity with new systems and their interconnections will be advantageous.
The internship period is from August 17 to December 18, 2026, with a full-time commitment of 37 hours per week, offering flexibility to accommodate your studies. While the position is unpaid, we provide a complimentary lunch program, Friday bars, and other social events to enrich your experience.
