Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining scalable quality monitoring systems, such as sampling strategies and QA rubrics, to ensure consistent scoring across teams. The analyst will translate quality data into actionable insights, identifying root causes of variations and recommending improvements to leadership. Collaboration with Provider Operations leaders and frontline staff is essential to design and assess quality improvement initiatives, including training updates and workflow enhancements. Additionally, the role involves leveraging AI to streamline quality workflows and managing comprehensive quality reporting, including KPI definitions and performance scorecards.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related analytical field, with a master's degree being advantageous. A minimum of 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, operations analytics, quality management, or process improvement is required, preferably within healthcare or member-facing operations. Proficiency in developing analytical models and using data visualization tools like Looker, SQL, and Hex is essential. Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively convey complex analyses and influence leadership decisions. A proactive approach to establishing frameworks and processes in a scaling environment is highly valued.
The target base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $92,000, forming part of a competitive total rewards package that includes benefits.
