Business Analyst

RapidRatings is seeking a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and provide data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making. As a Business Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. You will work with stakeholders to define project requirements, develop reports and dashboards, and support the implementation of business solutions. Additionally, you will monitor key performance indicators and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as proficiency in data analysis tools and software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
