Business Development Manager BI (Business Intelligence) - Malaysia
Lighthouse is seeking a Business Development Manager for Business Intelligence to lead the expansion of Revenue Insight, our platform that transforms PMS data into actionable insights for hoteliers. This role involves developing go-to-market strategies and managing the full sales cycle to enhance revenue management capabilities for local hotels and global chains.
Key responsibilities include identifying and securing new business opportunities through prospecting, industry networking, and targeted email campaigns. The role also involves managing the end-to-end sales process, from responding to inquiries and delivering product demonstrations to preparing professional proposals and quotes. Additionally, the manager will develop and execute a business development plan to achieve sales targets and maximize results within the assigned territory.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in revenue management with a strong understanding of various Hotel PMS and RMS software. Proven ability in business development, including planning, presenting, and closing deals with C-level stakeholders, is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and fluency in English and at least one other Asian language are required. The candidate should also be adaptable and entrepreneurial, with the flexibility to travel and work across different time zones.
