This role involves managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiations, and collaborating with the Product Development team to tailor solutions for clients. The successful candidate will be instrumental in establishing Lighthouse's presence in South Korea and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include identifying and securing new client opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking within industry groups. The role also involves managing the end-to-end sales process, conducting product demonstrations, preparing tailored proposals, and attending industry conferences to build regional presence. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will act as a liaison between the South Korean market and internal Product teams, sharing client feedback to guide product updates.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development, preferably within hospitality tech or SaaS, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills, proficiency in lead generation, pipeline management, and delivering product presentations are essential. Fluency in both English and Korean is required, and additional Asian languages are a plus. A self-starter attitude and interest in leveraging automation and AI to enhance workflow are also important.
