Business Development Representative (BDR)
The Business Development Representative (BDR) at Duetto is a pivotal role within the Business Development team, focusing on driving new pipeline growth across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. Duetto is a leading hospitality revenue management system, offering a suite of SaaS applications designed to optimize revenue and profitability for hotels, resorts, and casinos. The company is committed to redefining hotel revenue strategies through its innovative Revenue & Profit Operating System.
In this role, the BDR is responsible for executing high-volume outbound prospecting via email, phone, social media, and events to identify and qualify prospects within assigned APAC regions. The representative will engage and convert marketing-generated leads through rapid follow-up and structured discovery, utilizing methodologies such as BANT or MEDDIC-light. Additionally, the BDR will research target accounts and stakeholders to tailor outreach, leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance relevance and response rates. Facilitating high-quality initial meetings and demos for the sales team, while documenting key insights to ensure a seamless handoff, is also a critical aspect of the role.
Candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or similar roles, preferably within B2B SaaS or hospitality technology sectors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with comfort in engaging senior-level decision-makers. Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce and sales engagement platforms such as Apollo or HubSpot is required. The ability to manage high volumes of activity while maintaining quality conversations and outcomes is crucial. Business-level proficiency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in regional languages like Thai, Mandarin, or Bahasa is highly advantageous.
