The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and seeding revenue creation in our Enterprise vertical. We are looking for someone who has a passion for consultative sales, technology and is excited to help create safe and frictionless experiences for individuals and businesses.

Key responsibilities include generating qualified opportunities via inbound and outbound channels, using prospecting strategies such as email, calling, and social selling to lead initial outreach to prospects, identifying the needs and challenges of prospective customers and how CLEAR can be a solution, scheduling exploratory meetings for Sales and Account Executives, and exceeding opportunity generation and pipeline revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent phone, writing, and listening skills, the ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment, be a self-starter with a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role, work collaboratively with multiple groups in a variety of settings, and have experience leveraging sales engagement tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting.

The on-target compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $120,000. This includes both our base salary and competitive commission potential, subject to the terms of the applicable commission plan at any given time. Actual base salary is dependent upon levels of skills and experience. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR's total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, and Restricted Stock Units.
