The Business Development Representative (BDR) at G-P plays a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients for its global employment solutions. G-P, a leading SaaS-based Global Employment Platform™, enables organizations to expand into over 180 countries swiftly and efficiently without the complexities of establishing local entities. The BDR will be part of a dynamic, remote-first team dedicated to breaking down barriers to global business and creating opportunities worldwide.

In this role, the BDR will proactively prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach. They will engage with prospects to educate them about G-P's Employer of Record services, assess their needs, and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team. Collaboration with the sales team is essential to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system is crucial. Staying informed about industry trends and market conditions will enable the BDR to effectively position G-P's services and differentiate the company's offerings.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with at least two years of experience in sales or lead generation. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for building rapport with prospects. The ability to handle objections professionally and persistently is important, as is familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. A self-motivated, results-oriented approach, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, is necessary. Knowledge of the Employer of Record industry or HR outsourcing services is advantageous.

G-P offers a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary complemented by a commission structure for sales roles. Non-sales roles are eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Benefits include generous paid parental leave, flexible time off, spending accounts, and comprehensive medical and dental insurance. The company fosters a people-first culture that emphasizes inclusion, collaboration, and innovation, providing opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Joining G-P means becoming part of a remote-first, customer-obsessed culture that prizes speed, ownership, and collaboration. Employees are empowered to make informed decisions and move quickly, reducing bottlenecks in a high-tempo, distributed environment. The company values a people-centric, inclusive ethos that emphasizes empathy, trust, and kindness, with a focus on whole-person wellbeing programs. G-P has been recognized for its supportive work environment and has been named one of America's Best Places to Work by Inc. Magazine.
