Business Development Representative
Harbinger Motors Inc., an American commercial electric vehicle company, is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team in Garden Grove, California. Our mission is to revolutionize the medium-duty EV market by delivering innovative and sustainable transportation solutions.
In this role, you will proactively research, identify, and qualify new sales opportunities through various channels, including email and digital outreach. You will execute personalized campaigns to engage prospects, secure initial meetings, and qualify leads generated by marketing efforts before passing them to the Account Executive team. Utilizing AI tools, you will enhance efficiency in research, personalization, and task management, while developing and nurturing relationships with prospects to align our solutions with their business needs. Accurate tracking and management of all prospecting activities, account information, and sales data in the CRM system are essential, as is consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas for lead generation and qualified meetings booked.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of proven experience as a Business Development Representative or Sales Development Representative. Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management software, specifically HubSpot, is required, along with experience using AI tools for sales, research, or content generation. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and persuasive telephone presence, are essential.
