Business Development Representative (Indonesian Speaker)

Braze is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) fluent in Indonesian (Bahasa) to join our dynamic team in Singapore. As a leading customer engagement platform, Braze empowers brands to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The BDR team plays a pivotal role in identifying and engaging potential customers to enhance their customer engagement strategies.

In this role, you will be responsible for researching target accounts, developing and executing communication plans through various channels such as phone, email, LinkedIn, and video, to generate new business opportunities. Your day-to-day activities will include building account strategies with Account Executives, conducting discovery calls, meeting with leaders and executives across accounts, crafting personalized email sequences, and attending events to generate new leads. The ultimate goal is to establish high-quality relationships that transform into valuable new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in Indonesian (Bahasa) and possess qualities such as adaptability, action orientation, strong research skills, creativity, problem-solving abilities, intellectual curiosity, self-awareness, intrinsic motivation, organization, accountability, and tenacity. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this role.
