Business Development Representative

In this role, the BDR is responsible for responding to and qualifying inbound leads from various channels, including marketing campaigns and web inquiries. Additionally, the representative executes outbound prospecting efforts via phone, email, and social channels to engage targeted accounts and personas. Key tasks include conducting discovery conversations to understand prospect needs, booking qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system to support forecasting and pipeline visibility.
Candidates should possess 0–2+ years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B setting. Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required, with Portuguese language skills considered an added advantage. The ideal candidate is comfortable with high-volume outreach, is coachable, process-driven, and motivated by measurable goals. Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools, such as Salesforce, Outreach, or Sales Navigator, is preferred.
