Business Development Representative (SaaS Sales)
As a Business Development Representative at Celonis, you will be at the forefront of our growth, identifying and engaging with key decision-makers in large and complex organizations. This role is integral to expanding our market presence and driving the adoption of our Process Intelligence Platform. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives and the marketing team to develop new enterprise business opportunities within specific verticals in the United States.
Your primary responsibilities will include prospecting into strategic business accounts through cold calls, emails, and social strategies. You will drive sales growth by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives and maintaining an organized book of business. As a subject matter expert, you will evangelize the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform, showcasing its transformative capabilities to both new and existing customers. Additionally, you will develop creative strategies to target decision-makers and influence company revenue.
The ideal candidate will possess a BA/BS degree from a top university or equivalent experience. You should have 1-3 years of sales or business development experience in a SaaS organization. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and tell a compelling story. You should be adaptable, thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and have a results-driven attitude with a strong desire to exceed targets. A natural curiosity and eagerness to learn are also important qualities for success in this role.
