Business Development Representative
Spring Health is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team in New York City. As a BDR, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by identifying and engaging potential clients, contributing directly to our mission of eliminating barriers to mental health care. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our Marketing and Account Executive teams, fostering relationships that drive our growth in the mental health sector.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing outreach strategies to Fortune 1000 companies and other employers through various channels such as email and phone calls. You will be tasked with generating sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives, ensuring accurate lead distribution and thorough discovery processes. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of content and programs aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of the BDR team.
The ideal candidate will possess 3 to 12 months of professional or internship experience, demonstrating a strong desire to excel in sales through creative prospecting and the use of both traditional and innovative tools. A high level of coachability, commitment to professional growth, and a data-driven approach to measuring outreach impact are essential. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are also required. Candidates must be able to work from our NYC office three times a week.
Compensation for this role includes a target hourly pay of $31.97, complemented by a competitive total rewards package that encompasses benefits and variable commission.
