As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Webflow, you will serve as the initial point of contact for prospective customers, creating a strong and lasting impression of our brand and product. You will engage and qualify inbound leads, identify new opportunities, and collaborate closely with Account Executives to build and accelerate the sales pipeline through thoughtful, personalized outreach.

In this role, you will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads, maintaining active engagement with new and existing leads, and identifying new opportunities to engage potential clients. You will work directly with Account Executives to drive pipeline growth through personalized outreach, collaborate with the Demand Generation team to improve lead quality and conversion rates, and contribute to scalable sales processes and best practices. Additionally, you will develop deep product expertise to effectively communicate Webflow's value to potential customers and maintain high-quality CRM data to support informed decision-making across the team.

The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience, preferably in high-rejection environments, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals and performance metrics. You should be comfortable with or eager to learn CRM systems and sales engagement platforms, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have the ability to simplify and clearly explain complex concepts. A strong drive to achieve top results, a collaborative team player mindset, and a proactive embrace of emerging technologies like AI are essential for success in this role.

This position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and on-target earnings (OTE) totaling $77,000 annually. Additional benefits may include equity, company bonuses or sales commissions, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends. The role is based in Chicago, IL, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring three days per week in the office (Tuesday through Thursday) and up to 15% travel for onboarding, industry events, and internal offsites.
