Senior Agentic Engineer

Webflow is seeking a Senior Agentic Engineer to enhance the efficiency of its Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) teams by developing AI-powered agents and automations. This role involves building internal AI infrastructure and operational workflows to streamline processes within the organization. The position is remote and based in Argentina.

The Senior Agentic Engineer will design, build, and deploy AI-driven agents and workflows that automate core operational processes across EPD, such as beta recruitment, launch readiness, resource tracking, and program reporting. Responsibilities include maintaining a curated library of reusable AI skills and agents, translating operational challenges into AI workflows, and managing the full development cycle from prototyping to deployment. The role also involves creating documentation and guides to facilitate adoption and conducting applied AI experiments to address operational challenges.

Candidates should have 4-6+ years of experience in automation engineering, internal tooling, or technical program/operations roles with hands-on system building. Proficiency in large language models (LLMs), their APIs, vector databases, context engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) is essential. Applicants must be adept at transforming manual processes into automated workflows, designing with APIs and integration platforms, and connecting tools like Jira, Confluence, and Slack. Experience working closely with engineering, product, or design teams to understand their operational rhythms is also required.
