Business Director - Affiliates
The Business Director - Affiliates at WPP Media will lead affiliate marketing strategies for global clients, managing client relationships, team leadership, and performance optimization to drive growth and profitability. Key responsibilities include acting as the senior client contact for affiliate marketing activities, delivering strategy, planning, activation, and reporting. The director will drive best practices in affiliate planning, publisher recruitment, partnership management, and performance optimization. Additionally, they will lead the development of client roadmaps, ensuring innovation, testing, and growth opportunities are consistently identified.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in digital marketing with significant expertise in affiliate and prospect generation. A strong reputation within the affiliate industry, with established network and publisher relationships, is essential. Experience leading strategy and activation for global premium brands, managing and inspiring teams of 10–20+ members, and expertise in affiliate tech platforms are also required.
