The Business Operations Associate will be responsible for leading and executing cross-functional initiatives from inception to completion. This includes developing a deep understanding of Anduril's business systems, such as ERP, MRP, and MES, to analyze data flows and processes across the company. The role also involves creating analytics and tools to inform decision-making, ranging from ad hoc data analysis to building scalable data pipelines and dashboards. Additionally, the associate will manage projects across teams, facilitating meetings and digital communications to drive solutions, and partnering with senior leaders to address high-priority operational challenges.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in consulting, business operations, strategy, or technical roles. A strong technical background is essential, with the ability to understand systems, analyze data, and effectively communicate with engineering and product teams. Strategic thinking skills are crucial for defining frameworks, building business cases, and integrating solutions into broader company initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, thrives in ambiguous situations, and possesses excellent communication skills in both technical and non-technical contexts.
