Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in consulting, business operations, strategy, or technical roles. Strategic thinking skills are crucial for defining frameworks, building business cases, and integrating solutions into broader company initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, thrives in ambiguous situations, and possesses excellent communication skills in both technical and non-technical contexts.
