Business Operations - Factory Systems
Anduril Industries is seeking a seasoned professional to join its Factory Systems team as a Business Operations leader. This role is pivotal in scaling the team's capabilities from 13 to approximately 30-40 members by 2026, enhancing the delivery of factory technologies across ERP, PLM, MES, automation, and platform domains. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing, stabilizing, and scaling the operating systems that enable Factory Systems to function as a top-tier factory technology organization.
Key responsibilities include driving execution across Factory Systems by improving planning, prioritization, and resource allocation across various initiatives. The role involves aligning cross-functional teams across Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing scalable process improvements to increase deployment velocity and reduce operational friction. Additionally, the candidate will support the formation and scaling of teams during critical phases of factory buildout, establishing operating cadences, decision-making frameworks, and accountability structures.
The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, or similar roles within high-growth or complex technical environments. They should demonstrate a proven ability to operate in ambiguous environments and drive structure where none exists, along with a strong track record of improving execution across multiple teams or functions. Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams is essential, as is the ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment at senior levels. A systems thinker with a bias toward action and measurable outcomes is highly desirable.
Anduril offers a competitive salary range for this role, estimated between $146,000 and $194,000 USD annually. The compensation package includes highly competitive equity grants and top-tier benefits for full-time employees. These benefits encompass comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans at little to no cost, income protection through life and disability insurance, generous time-off policies, family planning and parenting support, mental health resources, professional development reimbursements, commuter benefits, and retirement savings plans.
Joining Anduril Industries means becoming part of a mission-driven company dedicated to transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. The company fosters a culture of innovation, collaboration, and rapid growth, providing employees with opportunities to work on cutting-edge projects that have a significant impact on national security. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to a dynamic team and advance one's career in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
